    August 19, 2021, marked the fourth Chinese Physicians’ Day, with the theme “A Century of Splendor, Building Dreams Together; Physicians Uphold Their Original Aspirations through Dedicated Service.” This year’s celebration coincided with the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Over the past century, generation after generation of medical professionals, under the Party’s leadership, have carried forward its glorious traditions, fulfilled their original aspirations and mission, and pressed forward with unwavering determination, making tremendous contributions to national prosperity, ethnic rejuvenation, and the well-being of the people. Against the historical backdrop of the Party’s centenary, this year’s Chinese Physicians’ Day holds profound significance.

New product highlights: This product has obtained CE certification, is resistant to high pressure, and features a nickel‑titanium guidewire on its surface. During expansion, it concentrates stress more effectively on the vessel wall, making it easier to dilate lesions. Its unique scored balloon incorporates a nickel‑titanium scoring wire that enables full balloon expansion at lower pressures, maximizing lesion disruption and delivering superior results in calcified lesions. It is particularly well suited for pre‑dilatation prior to drug‑eluting balloon implantation, facilitating rapid and thorough drug penetration into the vessel wall. The device exhibits excellent high‑pressure non‑compliance and boasts a higher rated burst pressure than comparable products on the market. A patented balloon‑folding technology ensures the nickel‑titanium scoring wire remains securely embedded within the balloon’s folds, resulting in a smaller crossing outer diameter of 0.0320 inches—enabling effortless passage through diffuse and severely calcified lesions. It is compatible with 5F guiding catheters and ideal for kissing balloon techniques within 6F guiding catheters.
